Climate Change and the Law Report Released:DLA Piper's Climate change adaptation - Guided by the Law report looks at how an understanding of climate legal risk is crucial for organisations when dealing with liability arising from climate change impacts.

The report comes about from the 'Climate Change & the Law' pro bono workshops held in the Pacific in August 2013, in partnership with the Centre for Asia-Pacific Pro Bono (CAPPB) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).
